These tubes have  high mechanical strength and electrical properties, thermal-resistant and wet resistant. Made from electrical E-glass cloth that has been impregnated with epoxy/phenolic resin under pressure and heat.  

 It's used as insulating structural parts in electrical equipments, also used under humidity environment and in transformer oil.
